• Due to many different grades of plastic present in the market, the use of this product on the plastic must be evaluated first with the customer’s substrate. Generally this can be applied on CAUSEWAY PLASTIC PRIMER applied surface.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Use outdoors or in a well-ventilated area such as an open garage. Use when temperature is above 25⁰C and humidity is below 85% to ensure proper drying.
• For best results, apply 2-3 slightly heavy coats, 5 minutes apart. A fairly heavy film thickness is required for the product to wrinkle. A wrinkle finish will not appear immediately after product is sprayed.
• Allow 2 hours to air dry. If product does not wrinkle, or wrinkles in an uneven pattern, apply an additional coat to unwrinkled and uneven areas. These areas will wrinkle within 15 minutes if force dried.

Apply the AQLAC wood lacquer one coat and keep it dry for 3-4 hours. Sand the wood surface apply with wood lacquer, slightly with sand paper 800. Apply second coat of wood lacquer and keep again

3-4 hours before handle.

(STAINED WOOD SURFACE)

Sand the stained surface smoothly with 320 sand paper and Apply the AQLAC wood lacquer one coat and keep it dry for 3-4 hours. Again sand the wood surface apply with wood lacquer, slightly with sand paper 800 .Apply second coat of wood lacquer and keep again 3-4 hours before handle.

SURFACE PREPERATION

• Sand down the bare wood up to 180P sand paper. Fill the larger dents with Causeway AQLAC wood Putty. (If required)
• Old varnished areas should be stripped well back then treated as new wood.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Add 2 parts of 2K PU Lacquer to 1 part of 2K PU hardener and mix thoroughly. Addition of Causeway 171 Uni Thinner (PU thinner) depends on the application method.
• Apply the mixture by brush, spray. Allow to dry for 2 hours.
• Apply the 2^nd coat of PU lacquer by brush or spray. Allow to dry for 2 hours.
• Use the mixture within the given pot life.
