Star Class 2K Primer Surfacer (4 - 1)
DESCRIPTION
Starclass 2K Primer Surfacer (4:1) is a two component high solid polyurethane acrylic primer with excellent anti-corrosive properties. This can be easily sanded with abrasive paper for a smooth finish. This will also level out minor irregularities in the substrate and improves adhesion of the top coat. Recommended to be used as a primer for automotive refinish & other various industries.

TYPICAL USES
Used as the primer for
- Auto refinish.

APPLICATION
- Method of application
- Spray (2 Double Coats)
- Brush
SURFACE PREPERATION
- Use mechanical blasting or electrical sanding to remove any coated material or oxide layers on the surface.
- Remove any dust, oil and other foreign contaminants that may affect adhesion properties by hand or power tools.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix the contents in the primer thoroughly before use.
- Mix the 2K primer and 2K hardener together thoroughly before application.
- Adjust the viscosity of the paint with the thinner to the required viscosity depending on the method of application used.
- Allow 5-10 minutes flash off time between subsequent coatings.
- Sand down using 800P & 1500P grade sand paper. after 3-4 hours.
- Keep it overnight before applying a top coat.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Always keep paint out of reach of children. Ensure good ventilation during application and drying. Do not smoke while painting. Highly flammable. Store in a cool dry place away from heat and sparks.
