DESCRIPTION

Causeway AQLAC 3in1 Top Coat Exterior combines rich wood stain colour and long protection to your wood in one-step conveniently.

Recommended for Exterior Doors & Windows, Exterior Furniture, Wooden Decks & Sunbeds in resorts.

SURFACE PREPARATION

For Previously Stained Wood That Is Not Being Stripped

  1. Before starting, surface must be dry, clean and free of dirt, grease and glue.
  2. Sand the wood with 180-320 grit Sandpaper to ensure adhesion. Remove all sanding dust.

For Stripped, Unstained or Raw Wood

  1. Before starting, surface must be dry, clean and free of dirt, grease and glue.
  2. Sand the wood in the direction of the grain 180-320 grit sandpaper until smooth. Remove all sanding dust.
  • Fill gaps and defects using AQLAC Wood Putty and sand after dry to get uniform finish.

APPLICATION

1st Coat

Stir Well (Do not Shake) the Aqlac 3in1 top coat and Apply the first coat with 5% water dilution.

Let Dry 4 Hours, Sand with 800 grit Sandpaper

 2nd Coat

Apply the second coat (do not dilute).

Let Dry 4 Hours.

 3rd Coat (if necessary)

Sand with 800 grit Sandpaper.

Apply the third coat (do not dilute).

Let Dry 24 hours before handling.

(48 hours prior stacking)

HEALTH & SAFETY

Always keep paint out of reach of children. Ensure good ventilation during application and drying. Do not smoke while painting.
