DESCRIPTION

Causeway Luxury Flex is a premium quality elastomeric exterior emulsion paint that is flexible with crack bridging capability and water proofing properties. It has excellent exterior durability which is proven for at least 7 years free from algae, fungus, cracking, peeling and fading. Recommended for exterior walls, brickworks, asbestos and concrete surfaces. It is a pure acrylic emulsion paint which is specially prepared for the exterior applications of high-rise buildings.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Ensure that the substrate is clear of any dust, oil and other contaminants before applying the paint.
• Dilute the paint to the required viscosity, depending

on the type of application method employed.

Allow an interval of 16 hours between each coat.

Always keep paint out of reach of children. Ensure good ventilation during application and drying. Do not smoke while painting. Highly flammable. Store in a cool dry place away from heat and sparks
